In case you are going to visit us we would like to ask you to respect the following terms and conditions for our guests:

• We kindly ask you to wear your badge visible all the time  
• Depending on the nature of your visit we may ask you to show us a valid ID  
• Mobile phones, PDA's and other electronic devices are not allowed. They will be stored at the reception desk upon arrival. Our receptionist is glad to take your calls if necessary  
• Smoking is not allowed on our premises except in the designated area's  
• Camera's are not allowed. We kindly ask you to leave them at the reception desk
• For visitors to Brive please fill in and print this form and send/fax it to us.

If your visit requires more than one day to complete we will be glad to make the necessary hotel arrangements on your behalf in selected locations near the facilities. Please contact us for additional support.
