Pittcon 2010 Accepts Three Abstracts from PHOTONIS USA

Sturbridge, MA -  PHOTONIS USA, a leading electro-optic manufacturer, announced that three separate abstracts submitted by the company have been chosen for presentation at the Pittcon 2010 conference in Orlando in March. 

Selected for presentation from PHOTONIS are:
Dr. Paula Holmes, for her abstract on Raising the Bar on Electron Multiplier Operation at Elevated Pressures;
Dr. Stephen Ritzau, for his abstract on Reducing Detector Time Jitter to Improve Mass Resolution in Time of Flight Mass Spectrometers;
Mr. Bruce Laprade, for his abstract on The Development of Novel Configuration Micro Channel Plates for Analytical Instrumentation Applications.

Mr. Laprade, General Manager of PHOTONIS USA, noted that the company was ‘three for three’, having submitted three abstracts and all three were accepted for presentation.  The abstracts will each be presented on a different day during the Pittcon conference.

Pittcon 2010 is the world’s most comprehensive coverage of the latest developments in the traditional and emerging disciplines of analytical chemistry and applied spectroscopy.  Each year the conference identifies select abstracts of scientific advancement to be presented to conference attendees.
